1. Who we are

The Dutch Method is a trade name of Next Upload. Our full company details, including our registered address, KvK number and VAT ID, are on our company details page. You can reach us at support@thedutchmethod.com.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to every purchase of our digital products on thedutchmethod.com: The Dutch Method: 30 Days to a Calmer, Cheaper Home, The Dutch Cleaning Method: Four Simple Basics for a Clean, Fresh Home, and the bundle The Complete Dutch Home Library. All products are ebooks in PDF format. No physical product is shipped.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT or sales tax where applicable. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Checkout and payment are handled by our sales platform Payhip, with payments processed by Stripe or PayPal. You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on what is offered at checkout. Each purchase is a one-time payment; there is no subscription.

4. Delivery

After payment, you can download your PDF straight away, and you will receive an email with a download link. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or email us.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right ends once delivery has started, provided you agreed to this. At checkout, you are asked to agree to immediate delivery and to confirm that you understand that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is available. We also confirm this in your order email. See our refund policy for what we do if something goes wrong.

6. Your licence to use the books

When you buy a book, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it and to print it, including the printables, for your own household use, as often as you like. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or publish the books or the printables, in whole or in part, without our written permission. The copyright remains with The Dutch Method.

7. About the content

The books offer general information about home organization, household habits, cleaning and household budgeting. They are not financial, legal or medical advice. When cleaning, always follow product labels, test on a small hidden spot first and never mix cleaning products. Brand names are examples, not endorsements. Anneke is the AI-generated host of The Dutch Method; her stories are illustrative, and the habits are real and checked by people who live in the Netherlands.

8. Liability

We take great care with our books, but we cannot guarantee that every tip suits every home, surface or situation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Questions and complaints

If you have a question or a complaint, email us at support@thedutchmethod.com. We aim to reply within two working days and to resolve complaints within 14 days.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
