Refund policy

Digital products and the right of withdrawal

Our books are digital PDFs that you can download immediately after payment. At checkout, you agree to immediate delivery and confirm that you understand that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available. This means that, as a rule, a purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded after the download has been made available.

When we will always help

Please email us at support@thedutchmethod.com and we will put things right, by sending a working file or by refunding your payment, if:

• your download link does not work, or the file is damaged or will not open;
• you received the wrong product;
• you were charged twice for the same order;
• the product is clearly not as described on our website.

Please include your order number or the email address you used at checkout, and a short description of the problem.

How refunds are paid

If a refund is agreed, we refund the full amount through the same payment method you used, via Payhip. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5 to 10 working days before the amount is visible in your account.
